About Me:
I’m a singing teacher, musical director, and composer with a background in professional Musical Theatre, new writing, and elite vocational training.
For seven years, I was Head of Music at Laine Theatre Arts, and I’ve taught singing and ATS (Acting Through Song) across the UK’s leading drama schools, including RADA and Central. I work with performers at every stage — from drama school entry to professional auditions and ongoing career development.
I trained at Mountview, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Performance, and worked professionally as a performer in productions including Mamma Mia!, Zorro, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. That experience continues to shape my coaching, grounded in the practical realities of rehearsal rooms, performance schedules, and industry expectation.
I bring an encyclopaedic knowledge of Musical Theatre repertoire to my work, allowing for intelligent, efficient song choices that reflect both vocal suitability and casting context. Musical Theatre performance is not just my discipline but my passion — and that depth of engagement underpins every session.
I’m Estill Voice Trained and an ATS specialist. My work integrates technique, text, and acting, informed by strong musicianship and an MD’s understanding of style, structure, and storytelling, ensuring the work holds up both in the audition room and on stage.
